Italian cuisine normally focuses more on the ingredients than on the technique and the difficulty of the recipes. And we are so lucky in Cape Town to have them all: beautiful olives farm, olive oil, basilic... So one thing is just missing: a cooking course to combine it all with elegance!

La Cuccina Dalla Cia is a real italian experience!

Simonetta, an Italian lady and her husband, Giorgio(the very famous Meerlust estate’s winemaker)offer Venetian private cooking classes over lunch, at their place, in the middle of the Cape winelands, in Stellenbosch.

You will be able to enjoy for lunch what you have decided to cook together.

Two menus will be suggested to you and you will have to choose one of them to cook with Simonetta and then eat after!

Italian wines available at an extra charge.
