Meet Nadège, a French Lady, truly passionate about food and learn how to cook a three-course of homemade delicious typical French specialities. The course takes place in the private kitchen of Nadege in her beautiful home, in Fish Hoek, overlooking the Indian Ocean.

This French cooking class is ideal for both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ cooks who want to achieve the fabled status of serving French meals at home.

This is a hands-on class, so bring your apron and chef’s hat, roll up your sleeves and get ready to start cooking!

Once the menu is ready, you and your fellow would-be cooks will sit down with Nadege and eat the delicious French food you have prepared.

Suitability

* Minimum of 2 people per class or private course
* Maximum of 4 people
* Suitable for all levels of cooking experience
* Minimum age 14

Cooking Course Schedule

* The class will start with a presentation of the meals
* 3 hours hands-on cooking lesson with cooking tips from Nadège
* Once the food is prepared you will sit down to eat the delicious food with your hostess and fellow would-be chefs

What Will you Learn?

* How to cook French delicious and traditional family recipes that are typical- from appetizer to dessert
*Cooking tips that you mum should have taught you (!)
* Learn about various regional specialities (each course focuses on one region)
* The pairing of French and South African wine with the selected dishes (optional)

Optional

Make your cooking class even more interesting by combining a food and wine tasting. Wines will be selected according the courses prepared during the course and South African wine presentation will be made. Price on request.

R350 per person (for a group of minimum 2 and max. 4 persons)
